RS Residence

Jakarta Residence was initially developed from Georgian Architecture Style but finally been designed in modern language. The client of this projects dreamed of having a big and private courtyard for playing soccer with his sons and a long swimming pool for daily exercise. He also wanted to have all entertainment functions such as home cinema, game room and gym to be on the 1st floor of the building.  Regarding his request, we create the inner courtyard as the center of the house which provides room for outdoor activities but still allows privacy.

All main functions are connected to this space for maximum view and light. The Fengshui regulation that client applied in this building had restricted our design process in some cases but still we found our way to create not just a simple apartment block but an attractive building shape
