We Bodo, as it will appear to be a new cultural place, is to be re-shaped with a symbolic and sophisticated color, ‘Red’.  Sunset of white night, red carpet as a meaning of invitation, and passion of cultural events revealed in a glacier are all related to the color of Red. Citizens and tourist are invited to this center core of the city where the new cultural events are going on. The area of culture is situated in the city fabric with a red brick paving through Moleveien promenade.

How can one combine transportation cneter, seaside experience, traveler’s lodge and promenade with a cultural facility by a single concept? What would it be like of there are theater and library on a hobor as a traveler’s destination? We Bodo, as it will appear to be a new cultural place, is to be re-shaped with a symbolic and sophisticated color, ‘Red’.  Sunset of white night, red carpet as a meaning of invitation, and passion of cultural events revealed in a glacier are all related to the color of Red. People begin their journey from the plaza on the harbor or even from the boat deck and navigate the cultural space through the crevice of a glacier, the BNK and Library. This place will be inscribed in people’s mind as a continuous, fresh and rhythmical loop of cultural city experience.
